Croft & Stern Jewelry Designs provides free fast shipping on every order within the continental United States. Your order will be securely packaged and shipped using FEDEX or UPS. For your convenience, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped.

For your protection, Croft & Stern always:

  • Insures all items for their full value

  • Uses only UPS or FEDEX services for all orders to deliver high value packages in the fastest and safest manner

  • Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address

  • Prohibits delivery to PO/APO/FPO/DPO Box addresses

  • Requires an adult signature for the package

    • (please contact us for any shipping inquiries pertaining to FPO/APO/DPO addresses)

 

To avoid delays with your order we suggest that any credit card order be shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company.

Returns & Exchanges

Non-Custom Regular Merchandise


We stand firmly behind the quality of our products. In order to allow you enough time to consider your purchase as well as to give you the peace of mind you deserve, non-custom, regular merchandise may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the original purchase date.

Should you decide to return your item within 30 days we will issue you a full refund, provided:

  • It is returned no later than 30 days after the purchase/delivery date

  • It is in its unworn and in the original condition without any damage

  • It is returned with all accompanying documents and materials

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded, if applicable

Your refund will be paid using the original method of payment. This may take up to 14 days from receipt of the jewelry, depending on your location/payment method.
To return an item, simply follow these return procedures:

  • Contact our Customer Service department by using the form below for complete return instructions and a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label

  • Package your return and please include all the original packaging materials. For security reasons, avoid writing, “diamonds” or “jewelry” anywhere on the outside of the box

  • Take your order and the label to the nearest UPS or FEDEX location and simply mail it back to us. If you need packaging materials, the shipping store selected will assist you

Custom Jewelry & Special Orders

We understand that a custom jewelry purchase can be a big decision, and we want you to feel excited about your one-of-a-kind design. During our custom jewelry process the customer approves each step of the design (sketch design, CAD rendering, and wax model) before the jewelry piece is manufactured. Therefore, while we take every step to ensure you will love your new jewelry piece, all custom sales are final and non returnable. Minor adjustments, such as ring sizing or metal finishes will gladly be made.

Special Orders

A special order includes any jewelry, gemstone, or gift item that was ordered specifically by your request. Special orders will always be communicated as such before placing your order. With this in mind, do know that special orders are not returnable and that no refund or exchange can be made.

Antique & Estate Jewelry

We carefully inspect each item for defects, damage or loose gemstones. By nature, Estate Jewelry is considered preowned and is expected to have patina, and light to moderate wear and tear. Estate jewelry is sold as-is, and with a 30-day return window.
