Follow our easy steps to embark on the journey of crafting your unique design,

even if you're not in the Twin Cities.

**1. Fill Out the Web Form Below:**

Begin your customization journey by filling out our comprehensive web form. Tell us your vision, preferences, and any specific details you have in mind for your jewelry.

**2. Virtual Consultation:**

Choose your preferred communication method – virtual meeting, phone call, or email. Our experienced designers will discuss your ideas, offer insights, and ensure we understand your vision perfectly.

**3. Secure Your Spot:**

If you're providing your own gems, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required via our secure text-to-pay system. We'll send you a fully insured shipping label to safely dispatch your items to our studio.

**4. Concept Art Unveiling:**

Upon receiving your jewelry or starting from scratch, our designers will craft a collection of concept art. Expect an email with detailed hand rendered concepts to bring your vision to life.

**5. Deposit and Gem Procurement:**

Once you approve the concept art, a 50% deposit secures your project. We then proceed to order gems on your behalf or extract them from your provided jewelry. **6. 3D Printing Preview:**

Experience the magic with a 3D printed resin mailed to you. This to-scale replica allows you to try on your future jewelry and make any necessary adjustments.

**7. Production Begins:**

After your approval on the renderings and 3D print, your custom piece enters production. Anticipate a 6-8 week process from inception to completion.

**8. Appraisal and Final Payment:**

Once your jewelry is ready, we provide a comprehensive appraisal. Upon final payment, your masterpiece is shipped fully insured to your doorstep.
