• Yes! We have an entire state-of-the-art jewelry production facility and a bench jeweler on premises. In addition, we have specialized tools like a laser welder to work on even the most challenging task.

  • Absolutely! Anytime! We recommend everyone have a jeweler check and clean your regular wear items at least twice a year. There is never a charge if we do not preform any repair work, and the process usually takes under 5 minutes.

  • Yes! This service can take 1-5 days typically. There is a fee for non-warranty items. Is your item under our warranty? Check out our warranty page to find out.

  • Dipping, refinishing, rhodium… these are all words to describe the same process. In short, all white gold is alloyed or mixed with hardening and coloring agents to make yellow gold more white-tone. Gold is electromagnetic, diamonds and gemstones are not. Once your ring is polished and ready to go home, the last step for white gold is to rhodium plate. A thin layer of rhodium (a white metal) is electroplated to the surface of your white gold, resulting in the beautiful color you expect. This service is included for all white gold rings.

  • Yes! We have a state-of-the-art jewelry repair service center on-site. We size most sterling silver, 10k, 14k, 18k gold, platinum and palladium rings.

  • Many variables determine our price structure. To accurately quote you, please visit our studio with the item or let us know the material it is made of. We will need to know what size the ring is currently, what size it is going to, how many and what type of gems the ring features.

  • All of our repairs are done on-site! Our highly skilled team is able to complete most repairs under a week.

  • Most of the time! Please note, we do not work on hollow or plated jewelry.

  • We regret that Tungsten, Cobalt, Ceramic, Steel, and most other non-precious metals are not able to be sized at our studio.

  • We sure do! Give us a call or text at 763-494-5700 to schedule you ring removal appointment. The fee is $25 per ring to cut off. The appointment is on average 20-40 minutes.

  • We do not offer any services for timepieces.

  • Bring them in! It is a case by case basis but we will always try our hardest to accommodate. We will certainly work on your items with lab-grown diamonds, moissianite, cubic zirconia. Restrictions do apply.

  • These specialty style settings are not something that we service. We always recommend contacting the manufacturer or store that you purchased the item from.

  • Generally no. While we work hard to reunite you as soon as we can, most services take at least 1 day. Please call us if you have a special circumstance and we will discuss options.

  • We are proud to uphold the warranty of Mark Michael Diamond Designs for items purchased 2013-2023. This included complimentary ring sizing, rhodium plating, gem tightening. See our warranty page for further details.

  • Walk-in’s are very welcome! There is no need to book an appointment for drop-off service.

  • We sure do! We will even offer you more for your precious metal trade for in-store credit. This is a perfect option for those looking to get a new item or create a custom order.
